1. Introduction

Welcome to Scoopub, operated by Dialogbox Media (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("Scoopub," "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or the servers or networks that host the App.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users’ accounts.

  • Using any automated means to access the App, including bots, spiders, or scrapers.

  • Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the App for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Advertising

The App may display advertisements from third parties. These advertisements may be targeted based on your usage of the App. By using the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Dialogbox Media (OPC) Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content or materials from the App without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

a. No Warranty

• The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the information, content, or materials included on the App.

b. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialogbox Media (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dialogbox Media (OPC) Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page, and they will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
